Bring on the TXAA and GameWorks effects. The game looks fantastic as is and I am all for extra effects![]()

Interesting to see the 4gb 680 out performing the 2gb 770 at 1080P.
I think i will wait and see what happens to the performance after its got the Games Works stamp on it.
BTW, its a Tahiti LE, I run BF4 in Ultra. Minus MSAA with very good FPS
It's still a 7870 mate
You'd also still need to turn settings down to get playable framerates now, before Nvidia add their extras onto it so i honestly don't see your point![]()
<profanity>
The 4gb 680 is just caching faster....

I don't have a 7870, i keep telling you that.
As i said, i'm not interested in a game that gives me 35 FPS where i should be getting 60 while giving me no benefits for that.
This might not happen, but i am very sceptical, so i will wait to see if AMD suddenly get a performance hit after the Games Works Patch.
The GPU performance always remains the same, its the Games performance that would change.

You've changed GPU?
You've always had the 7870LE. What's a 7870 lol.
Who's saying you'll get 35fps where you'd otherwise be getting 60? That graph shows 41fps, and that's before the enemy has got their grubby mitts on it.
7870LE is a gimped 7950 with 256 bit bus. Its not a 7870
7870le chip is based on tahiti

Wait? The 7870LE isn't a 7870?
We're talking about the card mate, not the chip
Dress it up how you like, its a 7870.

But yer, it is a 7870 and that's it.
So by your logic a 780ti is a 780?

No its not. They should name it 7930 but they didint. It was a limited SKU with 1536 shaders instead of 1792 (7950).Its based on tahiti not pitcairn.7870le performs close to a 7950 and way higher than a normal 7870.

If you want to stay on name just stay on name but its wrong about the performance of the card

I am guessing you have a 7870LE as well?
