I still feel that theory is something that cannot be taught over a forum.. But this is only slightly OT. :D
lol

well ok then, a drummer and a bassist myself. and a bit of cello.

buy theory can be taught not in the easy of ways...

my attitude used to be bitchy it has changed over the months. i seem to get along with them much better, now new topics and images, samples have been brought forward.

Fair enough. ;)

But I still think it is far better shown through example and through face to face teaching.

But weren't we argueing about WoW? :D

as i said i put wow down as id rather work with my music which i love and can excel in. than a game where i realised i had to play for another year to become remotely good.

yes and the fact of how **** it is!!!

but i shall have to stop before i slit my wrists after talking about such a poor, over-rated and annoying game.

wow was great then, but ive over played it and its boring now, yet i still play it.

was that realy needed? you're told to stop bickering and then you post like a troll AGAIN.
get a life.

[on topic]

I don't like WOW, but I can see why people do.
if you don't like WOW, then so be it but don't start insulting people who do,
you think your better than them because they would rather play online than go out and get drunk? just shows how wrong you can be.

Loved it for a month, then was too cheap to pay any more.

Best decision I've made in a long time. Think carefully if you enjoy spending all that time on this game. And think what you could do with the money, and the free time.

If you decide it is worth it, then carry on playing, and ignore some of these angrier posts :)

Funny that people say its boring at 60, I've been playing the same character since the game came out and I still have tons of stuff I wanna do

Guess it depends on what you enjoy, but the reason I've not levelled many characters to high end is that I love warrior end game stuff, its just SO much fun.

Especially when you are doing raids and have to work in coordination with other tanks... Love it

I've been playing WoW for about almost a month now and I prefer to stay in and play this because of the simple reason that its cheaper than going out and i'm sick of all the yobs that are about around town etc. I can't remember the last time I went out without having a group of youths in stripey (spelling?) jumpers shouting abuse at me and my mates for simply walking down the street or been given dodgy looks in pubs/ clubs. I think i'll stick the the SU from now on when I go out, otherwise it will be a night in doing work/ WoW :)

how can you miss gameplay like this, any Wow fan in here will tell you!

got my hunter to 40m, on Talnivvar got a mount, been running RFD and SM

Amazing!!!

YEAH! I really miss the playing with kids, adults that if i met in real life would be getting a good kicking, waiting for 2 hours for a group to find they have the mental ability of a newt, to grind for hours for an item that will make bugger all difference, to play endless battlegrounds against tier 3 premades. Running the same raid agian and agian and agian..... The server disconnections, want me to go on?

Indeed the ignorance amazes me.

For me its zero disconnections unless scheduled.

I play with my guild, which is a group of my real life mates, no idiots and we play when it suits us, no addiction.

Absolutely awsome game, great scope on things to do and lots of nice people on it, although there are also an awful lot of kids about.

Its a game, and its an awfully fun one at that. It beats going out with mates on a friday night to stay in and play it. All things in moderation.

when i was addicted to this game i ended up saving a lot of money, really money is never an issue with morpgs cos if you play it enough you will end up saving a LOT more through not doing other things or buying other games

im gonna start playing PSU if its any good when it comes out but i dont think i will ever play another true mmorpg again

I prefer my games to be (*) “real” online games with 20 to 30k+ online at once per sever. You have not done real PvP until you have been on a server with 30,000 players with large teams and full scale strategys and tactics in wars. I also don’t like the level system and simple nature of Wow, I prefer the more complicated games without levels or where it’s not about levelling up like D&D online.

Personally I see Wow as a beginner’s online game. Its great for new people who haven’t played online only games before. After 6 months to a year you move on from Wow to the other online only games.

*I know Wow is a real online game just 3k or what ever it is per sever doesn’t feel like a large universe full of players to me. Its a shame Wow doesnt have less servers with more online at once per server.

I loved Wow when I was playing it, its head and shoulders above any other mmo. And it's proven, 5million people don't play it because they're forced to.

That doesn’t mean its head and shoulders above any other MMO that means its simplified/dumbed down so as many people in the general public can play as possible.

Don’t millions watch East Enders and the like yet you don’t say East Enders is head and shoulders above the well written less watched shows. The same for the Sun loads read that yet you dont say the Sun is better written then other newspapers.
