The issue seems to be more about the drug dealing rather than defrauding the benefits agency.

The kid he deals to, and that kids family, that's who.

The OP didn't say what drugs he is selling or who is selling them to. Half of them shouldn't even be illegal anyway.

He could be selling steroids to UFC fighters for all you know, while you sit at home and watch them on TV for entertainment.
