Hi, I'm after some advice from people who have switched ISPs.
I've been with plusnet for 10+ years and had a good experience, currently FTTC on the unlimited fibre extra getting 73/18 ping 11ms....low ping is essential in my gaming household :) My contract is up and essentially I can move to the same product with BT for the same monthly payments but benefit with £120 cashback and a £80 reward card. Is it more than likely I would get the same speed and ping with BT? or would I be taking a gamble?

Shouldn't make any difference
Assuming they are
Offering same package
They will be using same equipment
Plusnet was
And bt own Plusnet far as I know
I went opposite direction
Long time bt customer
Swapped to Plusnet lol

Mmm. I had read that somewhere regards BT. I often have a household with 2-3 devices streaming content, yet still low ping and no lag on xbox/PC.

Thanks all, really appreciate your comments. Whilst the cashback would have been nice, I'm gonna stay with PN for a further 18months.
Usually Plusnet actually phone me
Near end of my contract
Offering a deal to stay
Unlike BT where I always had
To phone them and haggle
A deal out of them
Only after arranging to leave
BT did I get a call from
Some special customer loyalty
Department who can undercut
Retention departments
Deals
But by that time I wasn't cancelling
Plusnet arrangements
