Aye, not a difficult road to speed on, it's still motorway standard. As already said though, the camera is pretty well signposted.

Amount of times ive been on the M62 coming off there but I jsut cant picture where the camera is, but if its where I think it is, I certainly have done over 50mph there :s well I did last week eep!
Haha, silly sausage. Everyone knows, 90-80-slam the brakes on- 50 for the cam -back up to 70 for the bend, then calm down.

If you only have recieved that today, then it's 23 days since the date of offence. Does this mean it's null and void?!![]()
It has to be sent within 14 working days, it could have been sent on the 14th day and the BH postal shenanigans could have held it up until today.
It has to be RECEIVED within 14 working days, and if bank holidays and the like are within that period the sending has to take account of them.
Tut tut, getting caught by a fixed Gatso is very poor form!

Speed Camera Details: Gatso speed camera installed on the M62 westbound just before the end of the motorway. Speed camera is on nearside after junction 5 on slip road and before hump backed bridge near the Rocket where speed limit drops from 70mph to 40mph On approach there is a long sloping up hill section and drivers can easily be taken unawares by the blind summit of the bridge and if asleep the reduction of limit to 40mph.
