Haha, silly sausage. Everyone knows, 90-80-slam the brakes on- 50 for the cam -back up to 70 for the bend, then calm down.

Unlucky dude :(.

haha, so true

If you only have recieved that today, then it's 23 days since the date of offence. Does this mean it's null and void?! ;)

I wonder how long it will be before every speeding prosecution also bills you for the extra CO2 you produced by doing the extra speed.

And whether they will at some point bill you for the letter, envelope and the CO2 produced in delivering it to your door.

someone please delete that post before Mr Browns ninjas stealth some more queen faced bog roll off us!

He-he great feeling isn't it.

What I find criminal is they wont show you any evidence that you have committed a crime until you appear in court. How can you be charged without being showed the evidence against you. That is my single biggest hate about the whole speed ticket situation. So much for freedom and democracy.

What they offering 3points £60 or a court appearance?

It has to be sent within 14 working days, it could have been sent on the 14th day and the BH postal shenanigans could have held it up until today.

It has to be RECEIVED within 14 working days, and if bank holidays and the like are within that period the sending has to take account of them.

No it was received on time, but I was going to contest it and goto court like AcidHell2 said, but, honestley what is the point - I was had good and proper for not paying attention to what I was doing and it's a bit of a knocker having to now drive everywhere at the speed limit and have increased insurance costs but ah well, live and learn. :D

That particular GATSO is UNMISSABLE though, and there are signs for miles indicating that there is one coming up. Were you asleep Muffin?
