Got some sandwich toastie bags. Made from same material as oven liners. They are effective. If you have a dishwasher, you can put the bags in there by putting them over plate prongs on lower rack

Carbon Steel pan + cast iron press.

I heat both up, put sandwich on with butter on the outside. Put the hot cast iron press on top and then wait.

Then flip once.
