yeah, I think squats are definitely my strongest lift. bench is weaksauce atm.

strstd.com has most of my lifts getting toward 'novice' level, minus bench which might as well just say 'small child'.

That site is a bit weird! Overhead is by far my weakest yet according to that at 57.5kg I'm on my way to advanced! Everything else has me just over intermediate apart from deads where I'm waaaaay behind!
