Toasteh does StrongLifts

as an aside, how many calories do you reckon a stronglifts session burns? MFP doesnt recognise weights as burning calories :(

I just chuck it in as strength training under the cardio session. 3 weeks of tracking eating just over maintenance and ive but on .5kg so as a rough guide its close enough imo

Nah, I dropped 1stone and my strength went up. If you're worried that getting lean is impacting things then adjust your calories slightly so that you're still losing but not at an alarming rate or anything like that. Otherwise just focus a lot more on technique and don't be afraid to drop the weight back slightly and increase the volume and then keep progress the next intended weight with the current rep scheme.

yeah, I think squats are definitely my strongest lift. bench is weaksauce atm.

strstd.com has most of my lifts getting toward 'novice' level, minus bench which might as well just say 'small child'.
