Today's mass shooting in the US

No, stressing a point does not make the individual stressed. The point is stressed, not the person. You do understand that someone's point isn't that person, don't you?
Without going off topic, if you need to stress a point it means urgency or importance, the same way like a person would be stressed about getting their point across which is where it originates from, so if you're having to stress your point, you are stressed

If you're not stressed, then don't stress

Err...no. What a load of tripe.

Definition: To stress a point.

To put extra emphasis on something because you think it is important.

You're confusing a verb with a noun.

a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances
To stress your words you are giving them emotional strain and tension from the mind, don't argue with me, you won't win

Because of the second amendment to the constitution:

“ the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Thanks for pointing this out , wasn’t aware it was stated as .

Dare I say time it’s changed and if anyone imposes the change then they have blood on there hands ?

So glad I don’t live in the US .

Lmao. So to stress words you're giving them some sort of telepathic emphasis eh? Or is it telekinesis since objects can be under stress?

And you're right I won't win, unfortunately you cant beat special. You just have to get it the care and help it needs. Would you like some crayons? Remember though, they don't go up your nose or in your bum bum!

Am I correct in saying a lot of these school murderers are ex pupils ?

With over 400 million firearms privately owned in the US your never going to stop random nutters but here’s something that might just stop some of these mad moment.

Why not just raise the age of firearm sales to 30 and have a certificate of mental stability from a Dr to purchase. Never going to stop all the shooting but might go someway to it ?

Again, Jim Jeffries makes this point. If you own a gun and also make it safe from children (or people under 30 if they enacted a law), e.g. locked in a cabinet, it's no protection when someone jumps through your window to rob you.

Until Americans stop thinking everyone is out to kill them, they'll never give up this idea of protection, so sensible laws cannot be put in place.

If they were that easy to make we would see far more terrorist attacks.

It's even easier to get hold of a knife. Why don't we see terrorists stabbing people every day?

Look at the profusion of IEDs in Iraq, Afghanistan and now Ukraine. Heck, we used to make low level explosives in our GCSE chemistry classes. Bet there are quite a few on here who remember a loud bang and purple puff of smoke. We often used to soak chalkboard erasers in it - as soon as the teacher went to put it on the board it would blow straight out of their hand.

Because stabbing people is actually pretty hard, especially if there are multiple people. It requires commitment, skill and a lot of luck.

There are lots of IEDs in those countries as they are/ were war zones and incredibly corrupt.

Anyone acquiring precursors goes straight onto the naughty list. You can't even buy proper weedkiller these days...
