Today's mass shooting in the US

Uh huh, but testosterone is inherently associated with masculinity, there is no denying this.

Yeah, but biological women aren't designed to be injected with Testosterone, that's the point. Doctors prescribed her Testosterone and that could be a contributing factor to the shooting.

MTG wants everyone to know that she has some serious and well considered thoughts about the shooting.

What she's inelegantly described here is exactly what a lot of people want. Guns don't kill people but mentally ill people do, so introduce better regulations to ensure people of unsound mind are not able to buy guns or continue to hold ones they have until they are medically cleared.

I can't wait for her to put pen to paper for this new bill

or she was just being a massive troll as usual and doesn't actually realize what she's talking about as her IQ is lower than the number on my temperature thermostat

She's suggesting that the shooter was taking mental health medication rather than not though?

I don't think it's clear what the shooter was taking but the parents confirmed they were having some mental health treatment.

Problem was the shooter already had 7 guns purchased legally and there's no legal way to remove them in most states

There's only 5 states right now that will allow you to remove guns from someone that's mentally ill before they commit a crime

The court orders adopted in Connecticut, Indiana, California, Washington and Oregon generally allow requests to judges to order the removal of firearms from someone determined to be a threat before they commit violence.

This looks like a law that would be supported by both sides, but it won't because of NRA money

"We do have a school person, or two ... I'm not sure ... who would be packing, whose job it is for security. We don't have security guards, but we have staff."

She did not name who typically carried weapons, and it is not clear whether those staff members were at the school at the time of the shooting.

Police have not indicated that any employee at the Covenant School had a gun"

Or she could just have mental health issues, that is the normal get out for these events when there is nothing else to blame it on, "he had mental health issues." Its just this time they have something else to jump on and they've seized on it.

So let's assume the post is wrong, and no staff were armed. That means:

* doors were locked
* police arrived in 15 minutes

It still wasn't enough.

Well, trans...!?
