Enjoyed that mixed triathlon, quite a good spectator sport I think - lots of change to keep you on the edge of your seat. What a great performance from the team

Great couple of golds overnight, mixed events are so good to watch! Yee made that final leg look easy in the end, but the drafting being allowed takes something away from it on the triathlon as you can sit in the wheels on the bike far too easily.

Why are we so rubbish at team sports ... lost football, rugby, hockey. They should all get the sack. My primary school team could play better rugby then those useless women.

Can't remember hearing about Sherikah Jackson before but dropping down to 100m from 400m and having that pace bodes well for her 200m chances.

It's pretty difficult to see where any medals are going to come from for us in the athletics. Possibly Holly Bradshaw in the pole vault but on the track? Not sure.

I'd love see Laura Muir win a medal. No doubt she's one of the best in Europe but doesn't usually have enough on the world stage.

Edit: Absolutely love DAS, just gave an interview saying she tore her hamstring at Gateshead a few months ago and had expected to pull out of the Olympics. She must be gutted yet had a smile on her face for most of the interview until a question about her ability to compete in the 200m set her off
