Tokyo Olympics 2020

Well I couldn’t give a toss if he says a couple of bad words.

Some people are so petty and precious when it comes to swearing. He’s a double Olympic champion. I’m not gonna knock him for slipping up a couple of times.

Everyone thinks it’s hilarious when someone like Klopp does it, but not Peaty. Double standards

I find the drivel spouted by the wazzocks in the studio far more offensive. Why not nuke them all in to sun, save a bucket load of cash and spend more time showing live sport. :p

I haven't investigated if you can get an introductory Discovery channel sub ... and maybe see coverage in UHD/4K ??.

Disc+ is only about £7 a month I think which isn't bad if you just want it for the duration of the Olympics. Think it's £30 for the year.

Anyone with Sky Q can get a free 12 month subscription to Disc+. This not only lets you watch it via the Sky Q box but the website too.

There are also seven popup Eurosport channels on Sky (983 onward) but these appear to be just the raw feeds with no commentary.

Have enjoyed both the men's and women's skateboarding more than I thought I would to be fair. When I heard it was being included I was a bit cynical but it's quite fun to watch.

With both the Gold and Silver in the Women's Street taken by 13-year olds, I am forced to wonder if children should really be allowed in the Olympics?

I remember there was controversy years about about the age of some gymnasts and they were only 15/16-year olds I think.

My main worry with allowing children to compete is more about the potential mental and psychological impact it can have on them, especially if they have overbearing parents or coaches pushing them too hard at too young an age.

That triathlon start last night was shockkng, great race by yee and brown Lee. I fell asleep 2 laps into the bike and woke up with yee in the lead. Great final 1.5k from the Norwegian! Need to catch up with peatys swim, but presume he smashed it like always.

This course is the most brutal mtb course I've ever seen! Gonna be so many people coming off in the second half due to fatigue I reckon! Big off by mattheu van xer poel the pre race favourite!

Having not watched it before, I did wonder if it was normal?? That jump where the Dutch guy fell off is bonkers. :D

Usually they have the man made rock Gardens and some jumps but never seen them this big before, think because its so dry it's made them all take the direct lines which are quicker and bigger risk if it does go wrong! But looks like we could be on for 3rd gold if pidcock stays upright, looking very comfortable compared to second place!
