Tokyo Olympics 2020

Yep :/
I entered regional MTB XC races in 2009 and 2010 and that was hard enough. Road riding is mostly consistent power but with MTB it's flat out for a few mins, then 'rest' for a few mins on the downhill sections. The terrain constantly bashes your body and there is little benefit from slip streaming other riders.

The British Champion at the time, Liam Killeen, lapped me :o

Pidcock is pretty quick, lapped me after 35 mins both times I've ridden CX Nationals. Think last time around with the way the system works with lapped riders only 15 of 95 people were classified as finishing...

Weather due to change from tonight, could make the women's tri a bit more interesting on that bike course! Womens mtb could be bloody dangerous on those rocks if its raining!

But I don't know why they need to have this hug and high five ritual after every point. Just get on with it. :D
I've got the real volleyball on in the background and it's ridiculous. High fives, handshakes and huddles after every single point. There was a shot of the umpire/referee and he actually rolled his eyes just now while they were doing it.
