Especially ones without "no personal attacks" in their rulebook

theonly other forum im a member of has 12'500 electronic music fans /producers/ ravers.

you would expect it to be chaos and uncivilised. it is infact my favourite place on the internet. pretty much moderates itself . theres only 1 mod and 1 admin and theres only been about 3 threads ever deleted on it and 1 or 2 banning's. its a great place

I visit an online gaming forum, I reckon the first word of any title would bring a premaban here.

I also used to visit a forum that was so sick, 10 years later I still have flashbacks of some images and videos. I welcome civilisation.
