Got an i5 at stock, in an antec 1200 with side pannel off atm. Using magahalems with 2 apaches in push pull. Getting like 15 Degrees idle and about 40 at 100% load, do these temps seem too low to be true? Using core temp and real temp both confirm it, however in hardware monitor in the bios temps are 30 i think, so maybe that is more accurate?

Are you using the latest core temp? I remember when I used to have a e4300 and was overclocking that there was an error that gave the temperatures significantly lower than it really was.

Using most recent versions of Real Temp and Core Temp i can find, core temp is 0.99.5

Also what is the most recent version of IBT 2.4? and does it work on win7 64bit?

Its showing vcore as 0.89 V which is pretty low? and also sitting next to my pc is making me cold, so it is really cold in there, is it possible these temps could be realistic?

Cant really upload pics, but using CPU Z, Core Temp, Real Temp, SpeedFan all confirm temps being around 15 Degrees, and that when idle vcore is 0.89

Wow - your room must be freezing :P

Also very odd how all your core temps are exactly the same :S

What are you uding for the "load" temps?

Prime 95, Using Small Blend which is most CPU stressing i believe. Might try IBT, does IBT 2.4 work on win7? Personally though i think the temps shown by coretemp and realtemp are wrong and the ones from pc probe and Asus suite are more accurate.

Also my room itself isnt that cold, but the air coming out the back of my pc is making my hands freezing cold

Ahh - I cant see Prime running in your "load" shot ?

LinX 0.6.3 runs on W7 - not sure aboutIBT :D I would take Core temp and Real Temp over Anusprobe any day of the week, but they still look very low - are you sat in a coat and thermals ?

:D

No :) but ive turned my pc off due to it making me cold, anyways i think its safe to say that its definately nice low temps atm which is a nice platform to oc from. Prime is running but win7 hides all my icons and its minimized.

Your temps cant be lower than ambient on air (or water) cooling so your window is open (its not your PC making you cold ;)) and your immune to the cold or all your temp reading apps are wrong :P
