Top 10 low pass flybys

Never experienced anything like those in the videos, however when we were in Vegas last year, the wife and I decided to walk to an outlet mall on the outskirts of the strip, signpost said 2 miles from the Mandalay Bay. Anyway, if you've been to Vegas then you know that if you're walking that way, away from the strip, then you've got McCarran International on your left, which is where all the tourists come in to land.

So, we're walking down this road, we get a good mile, mile and a half down, and we've seen a couple of planes come into land, the runway is just the other side of the fence... and oh my god, its coming right for us. I'm guessing it was a 747, I was too busy absolutely cacking my pants to tell as something came in straight over our head, eclipsed us in its shadow, and touched down safely. I pooped myself, the wife screamed, I have no way of judging just how close this thing was, probably not all that close, but when you're standing under one of those behemoths... my god!

Not mine (so excuse the Americal yowls :p) but where I was stood. :D

How about this for a landing at Princess Juliana International Airport:

What a nice quiet beach. :D

These are insane. Piloting one of those must be one of the biggest rushes you can have.

Edit: Is it just me or did the guy in the apache vid very nearly get his arm taken off?

Ok last one of the day, how about racing under a bridge:

Former Red Bull Air Race pilot Steve Jones explains the bridge in Budapest. Flying under the bridge is a key challenge of track in Budapest. Pilots have to prepare themselves mentally before the start the track at speed of up to 370 kilometres per hour, 2.5 metres above the water and around 6 metres underneath the bridge.

:)

Thanks for the mention!

Most of the usual suspects been posted already. The French, especially in Chad are good watching but no one has mentioned the Oman yet...

I've got a video of what damage can be done by a low level supersonic pass but there is a fair amount of swearing in it so I'll hold off posting unless a mod gives me the thumbs up.
