Recorded this and watch it later so I can skip the crap. Not a bad episode.
Did anyone else think German stig resembled Damon Hill? Simply because of the long grey hair that he has, I thought it could be him. Awesome episode though, much better than the first week's episode!
Actually, another annoying aspect of the show is that they don't seem to have a 'Star in a reasonably priced car' who isn't there to plug something! Why can't they just turn up and drive for the fun of it instead of blabbering on about their latest book/film/album etc?
Great episode, how the two Cossies & M3 summed up the risks of buying one though - all, lets face it, were sheds.
Surely it was that German chick they usually have - Sabrine?

on that subject is it just me that thinks they need a better track ? just seems very amateur

Do people honestly believe the vehicles used in Top Gear are not thoroughly checked out for safety before any Celeb type gets anywhere near them? It's the BBC! They probably spend more on Health & Safety than they do on the actual features
Not unless shes gone grey.
That's what I instantly thought when they showed the hair. Her name is Sabine Schmitz, though. She's been in Top Gear a few times already doing the transit Nurburg lap and the Eng v German one.
Is it guilty pleasure territory that I properly fancy her?

Since Hammond has his accident and now looks like a drowned rat, I can't help but feel that something went wrong upstairs. He now dresses odd, has James May hair and seems to behave more erratically somehow. I think a screw or two was loosened, unsurprisingly if that is the case.
However, annoying he is not. I can't even imagine getting annoyed by a TV show, let alone Top Gear. Some of you must have very short tempers if R Hammond annoys you. I meet people far more annoying that him every day.

Maybe annoyed wasn't the right word but it seems like he tries too hard and it just doesn't make me laugh as much anymore.
Can you honestly say no one on tv annoys you? Not Barry Scott, not David Dickinson, Jeremy Kyle?
