Top Gear returns on Sunday 27th June at 8pm

I've finally lost all faith in Top Gear. Having Barrichello drive a family saloon around a track to compete against other F1 Drivers = good car show. Using the premise of a Muscle Car comparison as a thinly veiled excuse to hoon a £40k Camaro and a £73k Merc Saloon on the track = nonsense. In no way could they be compared to eachother reasonably and they didn't even review either properly.

Rubbish TV.
 
How are you supposed to see out of that Camaro SS, the doorline is stupidly high?

Also James Hammon was banging on so much about how the Camaro SS has all new modern suspension with independent rear and multi-link blah.

Yet look at the time it only matches the less powerful older 2005 Roush Mustang with live rear axle and is considerably slower than the Corvettes with leaf springs.
 
OMG, I thought they were in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire - even those B roads were recognisible! I wonder when they filmed this?!
 
oh dear, another stupid 'feature' where may once again gets 'lost'. Reminds me of him chauffering that Lamarr gimp a few seasons ago :/ So far very dull.

Another enjoyable episode :) The rolling reliant robin gets me every time :D


Now I don't usually gawk at women on TG and comment about them, but that bride ... :o
 
The bride? the bridesmaid who was in the car with Clarkson was better!

Best parts of this episode were:


1: The Quattroporte sound.
2: The E63 AMG sound.

Everything else comes after!

Yet still miles better than anything else on at the same time.
