How could it be legal to drive that ropey shed on public roads? I assume it must have met the basic legal requirements for roadworthiness - unless they exploit some loophole?
Isn't it a police officer's discretion on whether to pull a vehicle over? There was that stupidly long lorry a few months back that the owners weren't sure was legal or not. So to find out the only way was to take it out and "report" themselves to the police who turned up and confiscated the lorry thus starting a legal process that would find out if the lorry was legal or not.Although, I don't know what the requirements are. Assuming the car has passed its MOT, is there much they can be done for?
Yeah I noticed jeremy trying to give him a hug after putting up his time which he just ignored, must've felt a little bit awkward.
Good episode. Clarksns was actually quite good, I could probably spend a night in there in relative comfort. He just ruined it by not putting a bed in it!
You do realise 'he' probably had nothing to do with the design or construction anything.
I'm glad there are people like you guys in the world who are able to explain such things to us mere mortals.
