Top Gear: Series 19

It was an excellent episode.

You don't realise how funny it actually is till you watch it with other people.

My wife, brother and sister and both parents were round yesterday evening and were all in stitches.

I guess haters are just gonna hate. It's getting boring now with people complaining about Top Gear tbh.

TBH most people are just saying that, despite loving TG as a whole, they found yesterday's a bit of a disappointment. I can see where they're coming from and they're entitled to their opinions..?

The pensioner car segment was a bit silly but still got some laughs from me. The next two episodes will be excellent I'm sure. The adventures / road trips are what Top Gear does best.

I thought it was great (except SIARPC as i dont like James Mcavoy).

The old person car bits were hilarious. I laughed out loud at some bits, especially when he just put his hand on that zimmerframe and then couldnt be bothered to put it in the car so just pushed it away and drove off without it :D

Thought the Range Rover bit was the best, rest seemed a little held back?

I do enjoy it when Clarkson gets a hammer in his hand! although i feel without the 3 car challenges etc, Topgears a little... Mneh.

I thought the Kia Pro Cee'd GT looked epic.

I think if you accept that it's an entertainment show first and a car factual show second then you can begin to enjoy it. Yes it's heavily scripted but that suits the 3 presenters, I enjoyed yesterdays show and chuckled through quite a few bits.

That 6 wheel drive drone, all I can say is WOW!

The range rover bit was good, but other then that it was probably the worst in the series so far.

Still don't understand why last years Christmas special was not shown until now (over 2 weeks as well :/)

Impressed with the Range (although was not surprised to encounter my first on the M40 being driven by a clueless posh bint on her mobile phone!) - liked the OAP feature in the end, but was a bit meh toward the rest.

Overall, still enjoying this series.
