Torchlight II has far better end game content IMO as there is no end game, you finish, and then go through the game again on a more rewarding difficulty. Diablo III is as bad as WoW for its progression, you spend 95% of your play time working towards the 'endgame' Inferno using useless scrubby gear and then you're forced to spend hundreds of hours or tons of gold getting gear that'll barely let you survive the last difficulty. Then once you complete Inferno there is nothing to do, de nada. Torchlight you could have completed it for the fourth time and then carry onto NG+++++ getting increasing rewards. Diablo II IMO is the only game that managed to be decent and worthwhile after you completed the final difficulty, but that was mainly due to the community whereas the Diablo III community is ass. So is the Torchlight II community mostly but it has hard content to keep you going, Diablo III reaches a brick wall after a while.
