DO I have to delete and re DL? :(

Great game. Just hit Act 2 playing on Elite difficulty with a friend. Both playing Engineers. He's gone for a tank spec with a single handed weapon and a shield, and I've gone for two handed weapons and the Construction tree (spider mines, healing bot, gun bot).

Really good fun. It's a good challenge without feeling frustrating or cheap (I'm looking at you, Diablo 3 Inferno. Stuck with it for the co-op, but just said eff it towards the end of Act 1).

Also, the ferret is too cool :D

I love the pets its cool not being forced to go back to sell all your stuff, and my Bulldog is even usefull against enemies with turning him into a tunnel shark or a creepy spider. The items are great as well.

Well after finally having a good few hours to play the game my opinion is that it's superb. Why oh WHY wasn't this released before Diablo III ? it would have saved me £50 !!! Both games are good, but Torch2 just feels completely different, it's definitely much more fun.

Is it true that version of the game bought from different places can't connect for co-op ?

Imagine quests as items for purpose of other peoples games as they go with you (which is something I think sucks), you aren't synced to whoevers game progress you join except for mobs and loot and environment generation, everything else is fair game. If your one quest away from completion and go into a new players game you wont be able to see or complete the quests. However if a new player goes into an almost complete game, they can go back and do all the quests that have already been finished by the host so long as they haven't completed it. It's weird.

Has anybody found a break down of the best attributes to focus on for each class? I'm playing an Engineer and it seems as though all 4 attributes offer me some benefit, but Im aware there is normally a need to specialize in these games or you cannot get a usable build in later levels.

the beauty of this game is that you can build whatever you want. With engineer most people would probably focus on strength and vitality though... thats what I am doing, although still put a few points in focus + dex

Playing an outlander and having a good time. Really just pumping most of my points between Str and Dex and some Vit when I feel its needed.

Not sure if I should really pump some into Focus as I'm going to be maxing Master of the elements.
