Does this mean therefore - that the night sky is going to be really lit up?

edit - is that right? I'm really confused? Doesn't a lunar eclipse happen every month....awww damnit... :confused: :p

LOL. a lunar eclipse is simply where the earth blocks the light from the sun hitting the moon. if the moon get's no light from the sun, it cant reflect it towards earth. No light = no moon = it will be strangely dark at that time.
