Forget the 1 lady owner bit, that's not necessarily a good thing. Mine had 1 lady owner and it is obvious, in a bad way.
1 - parking scuffs on alloys from parking to the kerb i bet
2 - a little dig into the leather on the gear stick, must have some serious nails gripping technique lol
3 - some scuff on the door handle area, must have worn a lot of rings
Although it does have a full Toyota Service History so that is something and granted, all the above are all cosmetic and easily repaired.
and recently at work this conversation happened
Lady 1 ...........said something about cars....
Lady 2 "I don't service my car, that's what MOT is for"
Me (shocked) "You got to service your car!"
Lady 1 "why?
Me "well, it says in the book and you get a stamp, no one will buy it otherwise" (okay, I exaggerated a little)
Lady 1 "Nobody pay attention to that anyway"
Me "Well I do"
Lady 2 "Well, my car is on finance and I intend to keep it for a while yet"
....
at this point I slowly back out of the conversation. Lady 2 drives some new French hatchback thing, at least its not some rare Italian supercar.
Oh, they are both blonde
I also dated a girl who never service her car, a pug 206, until the engine gave up and died. She only found out afterwards that cars needs servicing.
Anyway. Lady owner = myth.
How long ago was your IQ's last service?
