Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

A while back people were asking about where or who to get into.
This should give you some idea of the basis of "where else it's at" I think.

Personally I think along with the basic materials infrastructure I mentioned before, a good opportunity to think about getting in would be mobile communication.
Billions of people are still out there in the third world that will be clambering over each other for a more westernised, less poverty stricken lifestyle and I think access to the internet via a mobile device may well be one of the first "must haves" they'll be looking for.

Glad I got in with RRL.....6% overall gain so far....keep on going pls...

GKP also looking very healthy this morning

Was not watching carefull enough. RNS details targets for the gkp share price seeing it double releases a bonus for directors

RRL is ticking up and its exceeded the nov surge so pretty positive. Downside target is about 8p. Vol is good so not expecting great weakness without reason
http://www.iii.co.uk/ has an interview

CAD also continuing up after brief pause. Vol is good but its struggling to get over this price. 5 day moving average is 32p see how it handles a clash with rising pressure in this week, wonder if it can breakout

RRL is looking strong, might sit and watch and jump in on any retrace.

I am loving RRL, been in with 5k for an average of 4.8p, I am delighted to see 10.5p today needless to say doubled my money. Am sitting tight though, so much more to come from RRL with lots of news due this month, I see support at 9p and possibility of 14-18p this month, I am staying put. At 14p area I am out though otherwise I will be paying CGT this year. :(

Nice work

Whats wrong with paying tax if your making more profit ? :D

You could always top slice and leave the rest for next year.

This is very true, but even though its great seeing the money grow, I want to turn it into real cash come April and go car shopping. :D

Stupid as a car won't appreciate but at the same time whats the point in money if we don't enjoy it. :)

Nautical down 16% today..very strange seeing as they had major success with the catcher north drill today. Hope this flips the other way soon...

RRL can go in an ISA as mentioned....and loving SAR today...but not as much as if I bought them last week  (first saw them a year ago, figured they won't do anything for ages and I was right, was just going to wait a little longer before buying but oh well, jumped in yesterday for a punt...)

bought in to SAR this morning..... sold out an hour ago...kicking my self now

cie la vie

bullit

edit to Add I was suppose to buy in yesterday but had it all in SOLG. hindsight is great ;(

What criteria do you guys use for identifying possible targets? I see the more popular AIM listed companies mentioned frequently but I'd love to create a screen/filter to identify some less popular and perhaps more lucrative targets :)
