Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

Yep I just sold up at 2.1p as it started to stutter. It'll probably continue up again but was good to make a few hundred quickly :)

I backed out of a £800 punt at 0.77p. I changed it to a £400 punt at 0.8p.

Oh well easy £700 profit in 2 days - I can't see a downside yet either

You've outlined the downside in the first line - aim of the game is to maximise profits and minimise losses.

In general you'll inevitably take some losses but should be happy when you get out of a trade for a small loss where staying in would have given you a much larger loss and conversely should be less happy where you've made a small gain which could have been a much larger gain.

(I'm not saying that the above trade wasn't something to be happy about as I know nothing about your decisions behind it, account size etc... rather just talking in general)

indeed - i've sold out my original investment amount so it's free money from here on out. it was a punt buying on such a spike yesterday but work out well in the end.
