My GWP shares are off and running this morning - up nearly 9% already!!

MTA look tempting. The RNS reads quite well and even though they have jumped 20% theres a lot of room.

That said I am heavily in BP and told myself to hold my nerve for the long term.

Prices are only going to rise when production starts on well-13 and well-12 gets its workover, lets hope for 2.5 - 3p sometime soon.

According to the RNS production from Well-13 is due to start in August, and right after Well-12 will get a workover, so August / Sept could see some big(ish) jumps in share price, however what happens between now and then is anyones guess, these prices could fall again until closer to the production date.

I only started trading last week so haven't been silly with my savings. I've only used a small fraction of what I've got in the bank so even though I'm down it's not that bad, yet lol.

FTSE bombing this morning is making me some good money on the financial spread betting!!

Shorted it and it's down by 55 points from when I went in!!

you might want to consider stop orders....

but then again with the market how it is you might end up losing lots.
