6 - Blues Brothers - walked out less than half way through - can't
remember why.
if you cant remember why, i would consider watching it again, love this movie.

blues brothers 2000 is crap though

finally got to see this tonight, and was VERY impressed. absolutely great film!

goes down as one of the best i have seen, simply because of the childhood memories, amazing effects and its pretty damn well put together film :).

9/10 on my cards :D

Perhaps you left your sense of humour at the door? A true classic of a film!
Maybe so, like I say I honestly can't remember a damn thing about it apart from getting up and walking out about a third of the way through. Maybe I was ill or had just been dumped or something :(

what car is bumble bee?

the old rusty one.

Absolutely awesome film, but I wasn't expecting it to be any good. Easily better than the Simpson's and any other film released this year.
Have you seen Blood Diamond? Or was that technically last year? I know this year's not been great for movies but gee, if you think that's the best film all year, I think you should watch momre movies :D

I'm glad that so many of you enjoyed it but if you really thought about it, a robot taking a pee on someone is hardly classic comedy. Maybe I'm just being a miserable sod......

The whole Cinema errupted in laughter when it happened, I found it rather funny :D

I think I'm gonna have to quote John McLean "I'm getting too old for this ****!" :D

I think youre a miserable sod :p;)

Stop reading too much into it - its a Bay action flick FFS ;) - corny gags are great just dont overuse them (Matt Groening youd better be listening)

Easily in the Top 3 films for me of this year (Zodiac and probably Shooter)

ps3ud0

Shooter was ok. Thought Zodiac went on a bit too long and was as frustrating to watch as -spoiler alert-

those poor cops must've been knowing who the killer was but not being able to do 'owt about it.

if you overanalyse anything then it will cease to be funny.

Just watched it tonight.

Absolutely fantastic!

It had plenty of action, giant transforming robots, a hot girl, loads of humour and cracking special effects. It definitely brought the Transformers franchise into the 21st century.

10/10

Well, I went to see this movie with my mate tonight and loved it. He went last week and wanted to see it again.

The special effects (CGI) were, to me the best I have ever seen. The movie is deffinatly a Mr Bay film, great intro, a good build up of the main characters, the love interest and the battle/main part. Not forgeting the big speeches.

Mr Bay it seems, to me uses the same formula for all his films ( the ones I have seen anyway) and they are all fantastic movies.

10/10 Effects
8/10 Plot (not really needing one)
8/10 Human acting
10/10 Transformer acting. Loved the voices and the tone. Great humor from the Autobots.

All in all fantastic movie. I do hope Mr Bay gets some more good projects to make.

Saw this a few weeks ago, really liked it but definitely a boys movie. And got totally lost during the last section when all the robots were fighting each other!

There were some bits which dragged, but there were so many scenes that I just could not help grinning at!

Just how awesome was prime? Whenever there was any danger or fear, the truck would just roll in with some supremely cheesey 'save the day' music which was totally laughable. Fantastic :D

I took my 8 year old nephew to see it yesterday and he said it was the best film he had ever seen. So as he will buy up the tat they sell. they have hit their target audience spot on.

I thought it was great in places, but just about everything with humans had me not caring one bit.

The girl that gets the fat black hacker guy. What a pointless part of the film. What a pointless casting.

Defending the Cube thingie. I know give it to the little guy to give to a blackhawk. They really didnt know where to take the ending.

Was Jazz a porsche in the film? I never got to notice.

I thought it was alright, nothing great but things like this from your childhood memories never are. Good film to hook in a new generation of kids though.

I'd rather that than having to go through 5 minutes of TF cartoon sandwiched by Timmy Mallets Wacaday as I used ot have to endure ;)
