Been playing a bit now, the new UI is excellent. Unlocked the pathfinder back to its full potential again and was doing it for the infiltrator but i think the servers are getting hammered taking ages to unlock stuff now.

How did you DL the patch so fast? Mines crawling.
 
It downloaded in the background while i was playing a game of company of heroes lol, guess i was very lucky :D . Got kicked out though because the servers went down it seems :(
 
Anyone have any spare beta keys? Would love to try this out, not paid it much attention at first but after seeing the vid on IGN I'm sold. Was almost tempted to pre-order... but if there's an open beta soon and it's F2P i thought I'd better just ask first, then accept waiting if not :)

Infact do you want portal 1 for free? No? DAMNIT TAKE MY FREE PORTAL. Nobody ever wants free portal :(
 
How many XP you guys get after patch? I got around 250k but some guys I know had over 3 million. Liking the player upgrade part a lot. Not had time to play but so far very impressed. Makes me want to upgrade to a dedicated graphics card.

No Worries dude, i get about 4 new beta keys a week from being VIP + you can get one by just liking thier fb page so thier not in short supply :)

I got just shy of 900k XP spent it fully maxing the infiltrator so far :D , just need to decide what i want next.
 
I can't get used to the Spinfusor. No idea why.

I got a 30 kill streak with my thumper earlier though, looks like I'll stick with Soldier or Tech :D
