Let's hope the UPS strikes cause no further delays as that is who our shipments are with.
 
Im thinking about getting the G1, will there be enough coming in to cover everyone that has ordered and mine if i order today do you think ?

Im actually torn between the G1 and the Hybrid, both are beasts.
 
I'm currently on Holiday so got mine delivered to my Dad's.

It's going to be sat at his house until next Wednesday when I get home :(

Sat by the pool reading Fury X threads in the meantime lol.

Tbh I'll 've over the moon with 1300mhz boost, that would put it faster then my 780's with twice the vram. Can't wait to fire up some older games in 5k dsr gsync :D

E: lame phone put a thumbs down up top for no apparent reason :confused:
 
Well I decided to cancel my Zotac 980Ti order... and get an EVGA 980Ti SC ACX 2.0. For the extra £39 I would prefer the transferable warranty and quieter running card.

Lol mate, i want at least 1500 out of the msi ge when oc'd. Tbh its not a big upgrade from 780 sli, but the extra ram and no sli issues will be great. Next step is a gsync momitor, but skylake is coming soon and i love new cpu's.:D
 
I think I'll see the best benefit of everyone. Coming from a venerable 6950 flashed to 6970.

Kerbal Space Program won't know what hit it :P

Anantechs benchmark comparison can't even compare them.

The best I can do is compare the 6970 to the 7970, and then the 7970 to the 980ti.

It looks like its 6970 x1.8 or 1.9 = 7970
Then 7970 x2.1 or 2.3 = 980ti

Then there is overclocking.

EDIT: Though saying that after getting numbers from the GPU compare part of their site, the reviews from 2011 of the 7970 didn't seem to pull x1.8 ahead of the 6970. Guessing that's drivers helping a bit more by 2014.

I'll try and find some benchmarks to run for myself.
