I presume this comes with a back plate...I have seen people mention it, but there is nothing on the webpage or description that it does.

If there is a back plate, will taking the stock cooler invalidate the warranty? If not will using my spare Corsair H75 to cool this thing be an option?

It does come with a backplate.

If you haven't ordered yet, it's gone up to £550.
