** TRULY INSALE DEALS ON GTX 780Ti & GTX 770!! **

So I just looked at my GPU-Z rating thing, since I seen people doing it in here. Is mine how it should be?

All confused now. Have mine installed on a new z97-k mobo and it shows the correct shaders etc but on pci-e 2.0. How to make it 3.0? Cant see anything in bios...:(

The only difference I can see is that you have PCIE 2.0 and everyone else who has posted is on PCIE 3.0, maybe this is what's responsible for not displaying the cores correctly? I'm on v2.0 myself so will test when at home tonight for you.

Thanks signal, it is also displaying as 2304 on the nvidia control panel too, and I imagine that one should not be wrong

Im getting 8718 on Firestrike too, with almost all similar systems scoring 10-12k. (cpu 2700k @ 4.3).

Looks like you have a 780 with a 780ti bios... Bit dodgy would get it replaced.

Id RMA it mate. You wont get PCI-E 3.0 tho as you need an ivybridge CPU for that ( 3570K, 3770K )

Can anyone help with the pcie 3.0? Says in BIOS can set gen 2.0 x4 highest option...but numerous google searches show the board as pcie 3.0...

In top slot on a Asus z97-k with 4690k CPU.

Ive got a Z97-k as well. I do recall seeing a setting referring to pci-e x4 but I think that referred to the lower slot. Resetting bios defaults should revert the top slot to x16 speed

Things id check tho are if you have a pci-e soundcard in the slot above the GFX card move it the the second pci-e x16 slot

No other cards in any slots. Only options I saw in BIOS was gen 1.0 and gen 2.0 then x2 and x4. Could try rest BIOS defaults but would mess over clock up then.:(

Yeah it would lose your overclock. I guess you could save your current settings to one of the profiles the its easy to restore.

Whats it running at now x4 2.0?

Just checked my bios and for slot 1 the options are Auto, Gen1, Gen2 and Gen3

Mines set to auto and my cards running at gen3 x16

The setting is in advanced>system agent>nb pci-e configuration
