Coming in at the same time was always going to lead to Webber coming out first. I imagine they both had to come in to cover off Vettel.

He stopped first and would have been lapping quicker due to new tyres.

The split second delay in Hamilton's stop let Vettel through, but Webber was always going to be ahead.
