They should use misdirection then. Bring the mecanics out at random times and/or a few laps before the real stop happens.

Because the person coming in sooner is always going to be quicker due to having fresh tyres as opposed to worn soft tyres

Hamilton was already quicker it was a risk McLaren didn't need to take, stay out one more lap than Webber and he would have been ahead.
