Well, the reason it's at 10:10 UK is that that is 13:10 in Istanbul. The reason you've got used to races at 2pm is that they changed to trying to get races at times to please European advertisers.

When do they have to decide if its a safety car start?

Won't even get out of lap 1 without a safety car!
Not sure if I'd rather be Stroll barreling into turn 1 with no clue on the track situation or P20 barreling into god knows what carnage unfolding in front of me with no visibility!

Is there anymore rain coming?
If it dries out it’s hard to imagine Mercedes not moving forward, especially if a safety car negates any of the initial advantage the front runners seem to have while it’s wet.
Quite a few had no grip there.
