Attitude to the law :D You must live a sheltered life.
Continuing with personal attacks then?
It is clearly a case of attitude to the law. There are laws, a list of things people as a society agree should carry some kind of dissuading punishment.

You don't agree with one, and decide your decision to ignore it is right. It tells about your attitude to law.

There's plenty of laws I don't agree with, but I'd never attempt to use it as a defence against the fact they're laws

Some people see themselves as some kind of freeman of the land and so laws therefore don't apply to them. It takes a sheltered view on the world and it's a pretty desperate existence, but I guess we should let them live their life.

The good news is that in the real world, it actually doesn't matter if you agree with laws or not, they still apply.

You have to, you have no choice in the matter.

Of course people's attitude to breaking the law also tends to be closely tied with the likelihood of getting caught. Due to the way TV licensing is implemented and enforced it's easy to not pay, lie, and then refuse to let inspectors onto your "property". Whereas nicking a pair of headphones from a shop you'd get stopped, detained, likely arrested and charged.

"People will do it if they can get away with it". Very grown up.

depends on the value of the item. You don’t always get charged and the police aren’t involved in most cases.

so you want people like me dead ?
......No....??
A shame, as in, it's shameful.
What a strange elevation to wanting you dead???

You seem to be along the line of 'if you've broken a law you can't argue with me'
Well I've broken many laws, many times.
At no point do I think I was right to do so, nor would I object to having been caught and charged with it....
Like cheating in a board game, the worst kind of people are the ones who would get riled up and start arguing with people.
