I run ultra (post AA off) and am hitting the VRAM limit at times, usually vehicle explosions.

As you can expect! Just that I don't know if you will get better mileage from just slapping on SMAA Injector or something on with High settings, or if a 350-700 Upgrade is worth moving up the settings scale for just one game.

Just my opinion of course.

No, I understand where you are coming from.

I'm two minds over it as well. I may just save my money and wait out Maxwell / what ever AMD release. Hopefully it will give a much better performance gain, around 70% over my 680. But I may be waiting a while for it and if the same release timings happens as they did with the 780 and 290 then I will have to pay an arm and leg for them.
