Type R and VTEC owners

Will have to be a Aygo at this rate :p

My twin sister was trying to get me to buy her pug 107 off her yesterday... :(

I may go without a car for a while, my current work arrangements do not necessitate it snd my commute is easy on the bus. Beyond that im thinking buy something cheap to run and barge like. Old accord, mondeo or similar.... if I must drive something dull snd slow for a couple of years, at least let it be vaguely comfortable on long journeys.

I spoke to the company this morning, trying to get them to swap it for a black 11 plate one with 8k less miles for the same price.

They weren't negative about it so we will see.

If I didn't have bad luck with cars I'd have no luck at all!

Gutted to see that Will, you really haven't had much luck have you. Good to hear you're unhurt. Best be to buy the car back and break what you can to recoup the money. You had some nice bits on it.

Looks alright. Best colour too.

I'm glad you said the wrap needs to go. :)

Always chuckle when I see EP3s with stock tyre size. They look massive.

Welcome to the club

Excellent work. Now it looks superb.

Also echoing Chris. The RE050A in OEM fitment will be fine.

Brilliant all round summer/performance tyre that does adequately well in the winter.

In other news...

I took my car to ABP yesterday for valve clearences and fuel filter. The 75k service needed doing so its done now. They seemed very happy on the phone when I told them I wanted a 75k service.

Then gutted when I told them I didn't need oil, air filters, plugs, mtf, brake fluid or anything else. The guy on the desk just looked at me today and said, "you've upgraded everything" :p

On the other hand, they commented on what a well maintained car it was.

Back on forums :)
Last Sunday i polished my spraying out and I Am happy with how it looks now.

Need to get the car serviced inc clearances and plugs, tempted just to pay the extra and take it to Honda for convenience but does anyone know of a trustworthy garage in Manchester before i do?

Thanks

What's half decent for a full tank from an ep3 type R?

Currenty got 140 out of it and I have about 1/4 left, but the guage dances quite regularly. :p so probably going to work out at just under 200 to the tank.
