I have one of the Michelin auto-inflators.
Picked it up in halfords - box looked like it had done 10 rounds with somebody, so I only paid £40 - think that was around £30 off the shelf price.
Now at the time I had a slow puncture and no way of removing a rounded locking wheel nit (llong story).
So I was driving the tyre flat to my local garage, pumping it up, going to work.
Then in an evening driving on flat again to the garage, pumping up to get me home.
This was of course seriously damaging the tyre.
Bought one of these, took around 4 minutes to take my totaly flat tyre to fully inflated.
Not the quietest thing in the world but it certainly got the job done.
Just handy to have if I get another slow puncture at all and a lot less physical effort than a foot pump
