I dont think that was going in, looked like it was on its way to the post and I think the keeper would have recovered. Tbh, I cant fault him for going for it, its precisely the thing that Rush did and scored a ton of goals by doing. Ultimately you've got to make sure its going in rather than take any chances, if he had stood his ground and the keeper then managed to get and palm it out people would be berating him for not sticking his foot in

I get that but there's been a fair few times now where all he has shown is selfishness.
Did he even come over to celebrate with Salah as he bolted off or did I miss that?
There was the play acting last week. Then not squaring for really obvious options for goals. Maybe I've got some irrational bias already but he just looks like it's all about himself rather than the team.

They did but it was intentional. The new system is meant to draw a line at the furthest forward point of the defender and show the parts of the body of the attacker which were offside - in this case the line goes through his shoulder, showing his head and top part of his arm were in an offside position.
What was shocking was the time it took. The technology is meant to be instant, with the VAR only needing to check if the forward was active or not.

The not squaring it bit was a few weeks ago and it was a fair comment but hes a new signing getting used to the pace of the game in England etc. That will all come and we are seeing him set others up nearly every week.
The guy is absolute chaos when he's on the pitch. I dont even think he knows what he's going to do next half the time, its great to watch.
