Right...but it isnt remotely like it?Yeah, that straight red Jones got
Both players are going in for a challenge and Jones' foot slides off the ball into the Spurs player.

Where would you get entertainment like this though!I hate supporting this team.
Aye. Step on someone’s ankle like that, accidentally or otherwise and you’re lucky to avoid getting a red. Penalty was soft as **** though.I think the red is a red all day. The penalty id be annoyed about ngl.

Is that good?
I was trying to work out from the trailer whether it was a murder mystery drama or a science fiction dramaYeah. It’s been decent.
Not quite as difficult to follow like some time travel shows as the eras are pretty defined.
Why they keep saying "its an accident" is beyond me, it doesn't matter lmao.Aye. Step on someone’s ankle like that, accidentally or otherwise and you’re lucky to avoid getting a red. Penalty was soft as **** though.
I'm not being remotely pedantic. It is the same, stop being pedantic
Eh? He's not just stepped on a player by accident, he's gone in on the guy's ankle. Yes, it's an accident, but I expect that 90% of red cards are. It's pretty rare nowadays that somebody goes in deliberately to do someone. How can you possibly be looking at both your feet are at all times though? We're just saying that if you step on a player now by accident it is an instant red? That is ******* stupid, have you lost your minds?
If it's the one I'm thinking of then no. And no he's just stepped on a player by accident, that is literally what it is. He's not even looking at the guy.Eh? Did you think the Jones one earlier this season was correct?
It absolutely shouldn’t be a red but this is what the modern game has become. So we shouldn’t be surprised/shocked it was given. How can you possibly be looking at both your feet are at all times though? Not really any different to smashing someone in the face with an elbow when jumping for a header. If it's the one I'm thinking of then no. And no he's just stepped on a player by accident, that is literally what it is. He's not even looking at the guy.
In an ideal world I'd agree, but that's modern football. The onus is now on players to ensure that they don't do anything dangerous. In the old days, you had to not do something intentionally dangerous. Nowadays you have to proactively avoid doing anything dangerous, intentional or not.If it's the one I'm thinking of then no. And no he's just stepped on a player by accident, that is literally what it is. He's not even looking at the guy.

You can not even know the other guy is there but if you’re endangering another player then it’s a red. Accident or otherwise.
It’s unfortunate and completely unintentional but it’s just a risk you take.
