Tbf, I don't think there is. The start to this season has been the worst Utd side I've seen. Worse than the worst of Moyes, Mourinho and Ole but as yet there's not the same level of noise from supporters calling for him to go and I cannot see the Glazers doing anything. If and when Ratcliffe comes in that might change but the Glazers aren't going to bring any more heat their way unless they have to and that'll only happen when a lot more Utd supporters start calling for him to go.
There was, what, 5 mins left or something like that when he took him off. He wasn’t bringing him off to rest him.

You need everyone to work at 110% when you have a man less we needed fresh legs. Why else do you think he took him off?They'll almost certainly need to beat Galatasaray and then get at least a point vs Bayern too.

Bayern are qualified now though. If Copenhagen get a draw against Bayern and beat Galatasaray then I think they go through.

This game is an example of how Fernandes is not the right captain. In circumstances like tonight you need your leaders to be able to get a grip on the game but he always seems to continue to play offensively. It was the same when we were hammered by Liverpool last season. He can be a great player but his adaptability to in game circumstances is poor. Wonder what is up with Varane he did seem a bit uncommitted tonight?

This is what I think too, but there is definitely pressure. Our run of fixtures between now and the new year are not easy. If we're losing every game he'll be out of the door soon.

That's because the vast majority can see we have a massive injury crisis. We were still playing Dalot at left back and you can see his glaring errors leading to at least one goal and Evans and Maguire. Maguire actually hasn't been playing that badly on the right of the CB's recently but with Evans going off he had to go to the left. Upsetting what little consistency we have had.
No consistency with the team at the moment.

To kill time/for a bit of craic, I’ve no idea why else he took him off. And truth be told I’m starting to think ETH didn’t know either. Taking him off with 5 mins left in the game is not taking him off to give him a rest.Of course he was

Hard to fathom that United actually spent money on Mount. We’re getting to the stage of all time worst transfers ever for the money.
Torres to Chelsea, Pogba to United, AdM to United, Dembele to Barca, Hazard to Madrid still a bit ahead.

I'm not saying it's all on Bruno but we've conceded 4 goals after going down to 10 men. We were not against Madrid tonight yet our game management has to be questioned. Scholes mentioned it also. We lack leadership in big moments and you have to look to you captain for that. His play was fine but you need more than that to be a top team. He's clearly not the only one who should be leading but it's more of his responsibility.

It wasn't man for man. We played over 60 minutes with ten men. Regardless of the quality of the opposition. Cup competitions are like this. We were totally cruising until Rashford went off. If we lost with 11 men I would agree with you.

Bruno can't make the defenders concentrate. I think you're wildly overstating what a captain can do.
