UEFA Champions League 6/7 December *** Spoilers ***

well, ferguson has to address giggs and evans, they're holding united back.

evans definatley, but giggs still has a small part to play.
but there are other dead wood he needs to clear as well.
why did he pull out of signing Sneijder during the summer?
we need a creative midfielder

What an embarrassment for Fergie. Perhaps next year you might try taking our opponents seriously In Europe? Oh and can we sign some players so we don't have to play everyone out of position? I mean so far we've had:

Centre Back at right back
Centre Back in centre midfield
Striker on left wing
striker in central midfield

Then we've just got **** like Park who just get shoved in anywhere and do **** all. Honestly I wouldn't blame Nani for leaving in the summer, he deserves to play for a far better team, he put in 6 or 7 top quality crosses tonight and Rooney couldn't even convert the one that was practically in the net.

:(

ah well, just didnt do enough. Mixture of hard group, unlucky decisions and a lot of injuries to Villareal. We will come back better than this.

Really missed Carrick tonight, he's been the only player to gain any credit in the last few matches.

Giggs, the bloke is an absolute legend, but like Neville and Scholes last season needs to realise his legs are finally gone and call it quits. We needed pace and aggression in CM to catch Basle and counter-attack but we let them have far too much time on the ball.

Young was disappointing but he's capable of doing something special which can't be said for Park who I can categorically say contributed nothing tonight.

Don't know why Fletcher didn't come on for Vidic and shift Jones back to CB and actually give us one proper midfielder on the pitch?!
