UEFA Champions League/Europa League 12/13/14 April *** Spoilers ***

Not quite the Baby-Faced Assassin mk. II is he? :D

Although as shown today and on numerous other occasions he's shown he can score for fun when started too.

As Tom said, it's nice to be a United supporter at the moment. :D Got a few headaches earlier on in the season with Chelski's prior form and ours, but now it appears at the very least we have a couple of very exciting and important games to look forward to.

I still think we've been utter **** in the league though and it's only because everyone else has been worse we're still top. I'll take it though :D

Only our third goal conceded in the Champions League this year is outstanding.

Try again next year Chelsea, you bunch of ****s! :D :D

Really necessary? Banworthy tbh.

Chelsea played well the first 25 mins. First to the ball and passed it around better than united. Following those 25 united were the better team

Torres never should have started tonight's game. Nani is a cheat (BUT DROGBA DIVES LOL LOL LOL ) and for me the Ramires second booking was harsh, nothing more than a free kick.

Over the 2 legs though, if one team deserved it, united did. Doesn't change the fact that Chelsea were denied a blatant penalty in the first leg and imo shouldn't have gone down to 10 men tonight. Saying that, United's disallowed goal should have stood, fantastic cross by Rooney.

European refs are absolute dog****.

Oh and guys, get your notebooks out and give me a tick next to 'making an appearance when Chelsea lose'

Ta.

Why on earth wasn't benayoun in the starting 11. To make it worst he didn't even come on as a sub. I've always said from the start that it would be criminal if Chelsea get rid of Carlo, but I'm thinking if would be a decent choice now. If anyone would come in to replace Carlo, it should be Louis Van Gaal.

Why would he be? He has played one game since being out for months? You think he should be playing in what was Chelsea's biggest game of the season just because he played well on Saturday?

Don't quite see that one, however there does seem to be a 'attempt to show up those insulting me in FS by showing face for once' heading that you might be a good fit for though... :D

Also find it hilarious that Nani is a 'diver' with clear and heavy contact but Torres goes unnoted in the previous game after no contact and going down... twice.

If either of Ramires' bookings was harsh I'd say it was the first one, his second he went straight through the back of Nani and totally deserved the yellow

Chelsea were on a fine line all night in terms of getting a red card, both Essien and Ivanovic could have got sent of for persistent fouling as well as Ramires

How was Nani a cheat tonight?

God you talk some drivel.

Did you watch the game? Did you not see it when Nani got booked for diving and then a slow motion replay was shown of him going down with absolutely no contact made?

How did the Torres incident go unnoted? He was booked for it and rightly so. United fans are hardly ones to talk. Rooney has been on a right diving mission as of late, the one against West Ham was one of the worst I've ever seen...oh and the one at Stamford Bridge in the league.

You also missed the Nani diving booking? Absolutely no contact was made.

The Ramires tackle was a foul, nothing more.

Its the squad, not the manager.
Check my post a bit back.

He talks drivel yet you claim Nani was booked for diving when he wasn't - oh the irony :p

He seriously wasn't booked for that? I wouldn't have though I would have needed to see the ref actually do so, yet Terry was booked for heading the ball?

My bad though, was watching it in a pub and had a few pints. Saw the replay and one of my mates told me he got booked for it.

thought the ref was decent tonight, and the ref from the first leg was excellent imo

Excellent with regards to the yellow cards dished out and the awful penalty decisions?

I'm not here to clutch at straws, United deserve to have progressed. I just can't help but feel as if the refs have done one over on Chelsea in the CL yet again.
