Edit: in fact it's a disgrace. Unless it's taken well out of context, is he trying to say he's good at getting Man Utd knocked out of the Champions League? Not a good trait when he's our manager. :p

To routinely produce percentages football after spending hundreds of millions is beyond a joke however you look at it, even if it works at times.

It's comments like that which is why I've always hated Mourinho. He always separates himself from the club he's managing. I've mentioned it a few times before but on the pitch right after Chelsea won their 2nd title in his first spell there he was interviewed by Sky and they congratulated him on his 2nd successive title - Mourinho's response was the correct the interviewer and remind everybody that he'd won 4 successive titles because he'd won 2 with Porto too. In the same way he looks to pat himself on the back at any opportunity, he'll also throw anybody and everybody under the bus to defend himself which is why things always blow up after a few years.
 
There's no way we should be beaten by Sevilla regardless of the performance they put in, they're just not a very good side. They have a -6 goal difference in La Liga and are eleven points off fourth-placed Valencia, it's a disgrace that we lost to them tonight. That lineup that Mourinho put out tonight was timid and negative, it's like he's always more scared of being beaten than excited about putting on a good performance.

I'm sick of boring, negative, slow performances. I know United fans were spoiled by years of excellent football under SAF, but since he retired we've had three managers and all of them have played absolutely dross football. Of the top four sides we undoubtedly play the worst football. The most depressing thing is that regardless of who we sign in the summer I know that we're going to play the same boring football next year. I know the board won't consider Mourinho's position but there must managers out there who would play better football and get more out of our current squad.
