UEFA Champions League/Europa League 14/15/16 February *** Spoilers ***

Wow absolutely utterly tanked last night...i thought we might have got away with a draw but not a chance in hell...we were utterly woeful and completely outclassed by a much better AC Milan side.

Meh looks like we are out yet again in CL, same as last yr when we got our sorry asses beaten by Barca.

Guess now we just have to concentrate on getting 4th and perhaps making a challenge for the FA Cup but i expect we will be dumped out of that soon enough.

Starting: De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Evans, Fabio, Nani, Carrick, Cleverley, Young, Rooney, Hernandez

Subs: Amos, Smalling, Park, Scholes, Valencia, Welbeck, Pogba

Rafael & Fryers miss out from the travelling team, Evra rested due to 'an emotional weekend', Berbatov & Giggs miss out with slight knocks.

Bit naff to see Valencia rested seeing as we have no game at the weekend but I think quite a lot of that team (Fabio, Jones, Cleverly, Young, Nani, Hernandez) need playing time mainly so can understand.

glad to see that team put out - but with Young and Nani both just back from injury , Im not expecting much from the wings , and Clevereley has been out for so long just be nice to see him get through a game

It will be good to see Rooney and Hernandez play together again....if they get the ball (just thinking about Henry and RVP last night lol)

hoping Pogba and Smalling get some game time too

"Manchester United will rest Patrice Evra, Ryan Giggs and Dimitar Berbatov for their Europa League last-32 first-leg tie at Ajax."

The start of the BBC article....Berbatov has been rested quite a bit this season :(

Anyway good team, hopefully we can play them off the park.

18:28 Sir Alex gives more details on the team news: "Ryan got a knock in the first half against Liverpool on the ankle and Dimitar got an injury in training on Sunday. I've got plenty of options up front with Wayne, Chicha and Danny Welbeck. I could also play Ashley Young off the front or Nani through the middle. It was better to leave Dimitar behind. It's not a serious injury - he'd be available if I asked him to play - but I thought it better not to risk it, so I left him behind."

Only Evra is 'rested' of the three as such.

is there a channel 5 HD?

this mite be the first time ive watched 5 since the age of 15 watching late night channel 5 movies for boobs.

We have no game this weekend, quite a few of those players need minutes as well as they've just got back from injury.

I don't see what sort of team we could've put out that people would have said it's weak really. A lot of our youths out on loan, and for example Diouf got sold n that.

Channel 5 banging on about it like mad.
