But that is the point, his hand aren't UP, they are DOWN, he's an arms length above the defender because his arms are on the defenders shoulders, not up around his own shoulders which is the 'you can't jump without throwing your arms up" excuse.

They weren't down at all, they were at his chest height. With the way the defender is moving into him I don't think he can do anything else there.

Because the defender is in front of him moving into him.

I don't think he's done anything wrong there. If that's in the middle of the park the ref doesn't give it.

In that case, don't grab him and it's a foul. As soon as you're putting hands on a defender you don't have a leg to stand on.
