UEFA Champions League/Europa League 18/19/20 October *** Spoilers ***

Chelsea starting to look very handy, would be interesting to see them play City right about now. Shame that aint happening till December

5 wins out of 6 for us. Corner turned?

Same old Arsenal fans, play the bottom 6 last season, think the title and CL, cups are ours, then we play some real teams and can't win for the rest of the season.

If the corner was turned we'd have played well in the past 5-6 games, in all but one we've been pretty abysmal, and the "good" one was against Bolton.

It doesn't matter who you play, but HOW you play, and we've been as rubbish in the past 6 games as we were in the previous 6 where we dropped point after point after point. Arsenal haven't changed, the quality of our opposition has, when the opposition improves and Arsenal play the same........ we're in trouble.

Had we actually played better football in the past 6 games, that would have been completely different, even though playing against poor teams you should play better to some extent, it would show the new players gelling together, or the old players getting form.

Gervinho, rubbish, Theo, rubbish, Arteta...... really so far been anonymous for Arsenal, Arshavin, been very poor, Santos, should have seen a red tonight can't defend, not SO good in attack it makes up for being weak defensively, infact not even sure he's that good going forwards, he's yet another "brain fart" player when we needed even an average player who is just dependable, good fitness and doesn't make stupid mistakes, Jenks, actually promising with a good workrate but he's possibly a good work rate, not much actual talent kind of player. Song, lol, Djourou, ha, Mertesacker, undecided, Koscielny, vastly improved when not playing alongside Djourou or Squillaci every game.

To be honest if Vermaelen is ever fit again him and Koscielny seem easily the best pairing, for all his height I've yet to see Mertesacker dominate a single corner or set piece, offensively or defensively, I can't see what he brings to the team.

Wenger's a tool, theres a reason a Brazillian stand in left back(behind a long line of truly awful left backs) was stuck in Fenebache, and no one else had gone for him, he's not young, he wasn't unknown, he's just not very good. Mertesacker, again, not unknown, struggling more and more as the German league moves to a faster and faster game, no one wanted to risk buying such a slow player for La Liga or EPL. Arteta, been going downhill for 3 years, played in a team where honestly he had to fight rather than play football and he's a changed player, he's a midfield battler now not a Cesc replacement. Benny, doesn't need explaining and Gervinho....... another striker pushed onto the wing, and frankly at this point in time the french league looks pretty weak, pretty rubbish and doing great there really isn't a massive indicator of quality anymore.

Very easy 5-0 win at the Bridge last night. Genk looked rather fetching in their pink strip. :D Torres getting better with every game, scored another two and is now playing his part. Romeu looked impressive on his CL debut. Things are looking up.
