Can only see Arsenal getting absolutely mauled here.

If Wenger sets them out to attack (as he's implied he will), it could get very ugly.

Wishful thinking, i fully expect us to get a raping of epic proportions tonight.

Problem is we have struggled to score goals lately in our last few games so not sure how many we will score, if any tonight.

Over 2 legs we won't get past barca in all honesty. I just hope we go out there and do as much as possible to stop a mauling.
 
Oh goody, Ox is playing again... I mean he's been completely god awful in every game he plays but yeah, sure, have him play again. I mean he physically works harder defensively than Campbell or Walcott would, but considering half the time he's in/around our area he does something completely retarded and gives the opposition a great chance to score that isn't really a positive thing.

Also Mert.... against one of the fastest and most mobile attacking trios frankly in world football history.... sure, that'll go well, reallllll well.

I mean, to some degree we might have one of our "no one expects us to win, lets play epic with zero pressure" performances..... but you need the opposition(when this good) to still have an off night. Barca in their current form I can't see it. Can easily see us conceding 3-4 goals here tonight, maybe nabbing one. In the second leg.... depends how badly they beat us tonight as to if they bother to show up. What I'm 99% certain of is that in one of the two legs they'll be so completely dominant and so embarrassingly better than us that they'll win the tie easily.

This is awesome, what a game. I just hope we start with some intensity and not stand off them and allow them to play
 
The officials are all midgets. Mertesaker was a good foot taller than almost all of them.
 
I've got a bit on Barca to win. Not good odds however. Arsenal are 4-1 to win at home.
 
Arsenal have had the best of the first 15 minutes but until they score I wouldn't feel good as an arsenal fan.
 
Class EPL team, very incisive and direct vs classic Barcelona- boring.

It says something about Barca if they make Arsenal seem direct....


I think it will be a classic of exciting snippets from Arsenal, with lots of promise, but Barca will just sort of stumble to a 0-2 or something. Will be gladly proved wrong though

We could dominate the whole game but until we score, there is absolutely nothing to feel good about.

I just hope we don't over exert ourselves tonight, got a big game on the weekend against lowly Utd:p
